Maa Omwati Institute of Management and Technology, popularly known as MOIMT, was established in the year 2010 as an affiliated college in Palwal, Haryana. This institute is AICTE-approved and runs a quality management education curriculum on its spacious 20-acre campus. The faculty at this institute comprises 8 members who provide individual attention to the 85 students presently enroled.

MOIMT feels proud to provide single window service with all modern facilities and amenities to the students for making their learning facile. Separate hostels for boys and girls are available on campus to deliver comfortable living to students who would like to stay on campus. Another important feature of the campus is the library, which acts as a treasure house with carefully chosen textbooks on different aspects of management, such as marketing, finance, human resources, and international business. Aware of the ever-changing technological world, MOIMT has put in place some modern computer labs equipped with high speed internet access for the aid of students conducting their research, presentation, and project development. 

The main focus of this institute is on its two-year, full-time MBA programme to shape future business leaders. This course is designed to make the student aware of the comprehensive understanding of various disciplines in management, which help in shaping them for the dynamic business world.

The admission to MOIMT is primarily based on the Management Aptitude Test, which is a national-level entrance test conducted by the All India Management Association. The MAT score is valid for one year and is widely accepted by many institutes in India that are approved by AICTE.
