66 MonthsBachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine, and Surgery (BAMS) is a graduate degree awarded after a study of five and a half years duration, including a 1-year internship. The course is offered by Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore, and approved by the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM).
Eligibility Criteria
The Candidate who passed the Intermediate sciences examination of an Indian University/Board or other recognized examining body with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, with 50% in the aggregate, which includes a practical test in these subjects and also English as a compulsory subject.
Eligibility Other than Karnataka:
The candidates outside Karnataka must approach the Registrar, Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore, with the following documents to obtain an eligibility certificate to get admission in the BAMS course.
