• Employers visit the campus to conduct pre-placement talks, providing students with insights into their organisations and the opportunities they offer. 

• This interaction also allows students to engage with company employees and gain an understanding of the work culture. 

• Based on these discussions, students decide whether to apply to these organisations.

• Those interested submit their resumes either directly to the company after the presentation or to the Placement committee if companies prefer to receive them in advance of their campus visit. 

• Using these resumes, along with academic records, the companies compile a list of eligible students and inform them through the Placement committee beforehand.

• The companies also brief the Placement Committee on their specific recruitment process, which may involve Group Discussions, Case Studies, Personal Interviews, written tests, etc. 

• Following the selection process, the companies announce the list of chosen candidates on campus and issue appointment letters.
