On College Campus, there is a health centre with a doctor and a nurse. The institute is half a kilometre away from the boys and girls dorms. A vehicle is ready 24 hours a day to respond to emergencies.

The institute includes well-equipped gym facilities for students to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

MGIT Hyderabad library is well equipped with books. It features a large collection of textbooks, reference books, and bound volumes of journals, standards, and other materials.

Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Technology auditorium has a seating capacity of 350 people and an outstanding public address system. In addition, the college includes four big and well-equipped Seminar Halls.

The services of the Alumni to the Institute are remarkable. To encourage the academic performance of the students the alumnus of the MMT branch has instituted Gold Medals for the toppers in I, II and III years in the Department of MMT.
