Manikya Lal Verma Government College, Bhilwara popularly known as MLVGC was established in 1951. This is a co-educational college in Bhilwara, Rajastan which is in collaboration with the state government, recognized and accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). Comprising of twenty one acres land, the MLVGC is multi program university or college that has the 6476 students enrolled in its institution. Having 57 devoted faculty members, the college offers the students to complete 34 courses across 9 degree programmes.

Manikya Lal Verma Government College provides the student with favorable learning condition and adequate and updated facilities. It provides a nice library with every facilities so that it can be used by students as well as faculty members of the MLVGC. The school has also maintained laboratories to accommodate all the different departments with a view of making science students to have real practical experience. Any students who may need any form of accommodation a hostel for boys is however provided within the compound. There is an auditorium about a quarter of which is capable of accommodating 250 people for any educational and cultural activity. The facilities which enhance the teaching learning process on the campus include; techno logical development that facilitate computerization of learning. A canteen facility provides foods to students and staff which meet their necessary nutritional requirements; a special reserved parking zone provides comfort for those who are using private means to access the college.

To meet the needs of learners with different bent and goals, MLVGC provides a host of courses with emphasis on academic discipline. It offers 34 courses total, at the bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral levels of education. Included in the above is full time courses in arts, science and commerce.
