Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) is a four-year program, inclusive of six months of compulsory internship, offered by Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University, Patan, and approved by the Indian Association of Physiotherapists (IAP).

Eligibility Criteria

The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years on 31st December of the year in which admission is sought.
A candidate must have passed the subjects of Physics, chemistry, and biology (PCB) and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 40% marks taken together in PCB at the qualifying examination.
A candidate is also eligible for state open schools recognized by the state government and national institutes of open schools recognized by the central government having science subjects and English only.
For a candidate belonging to SC, ST, or other backward classes, the marks obtained in PCB taken together in the qualifying examination is to be 40%.
English is a compulsory subject in 10+2 to be eligible for admission to Bachelor of Physiotherapy.
A candidate shall be medically fit.
Admission is allowed for married candidates also.

Admission Details

Government Quota Seats (100 % of Total Seats) Admission through the Centralized Medical Admission Committee of the Government. Of Gujarat based on merit at B. J. Medical College, Ahmedabad.
Admission will be done by the Institute as per the Honorable Supreme Court of India / Govt. of Gujarat / HNGU.
