The MET Centre for Insurance Training, Research and Development, Mumbai was set up in 2005 is a specialise centre working in the field of Insurance to enhance the existing knowledge and skill in the field. This institute lies within the GMERS Bhujbal Knowledge City in Bandra West Mumbai City. The institute is equipped with almost all necessities that would help in improving the implementing learning facilities. The modern hi-tech facility – convention centre that has a seating capacity of 800 is fully equipped to host seminars and guest lectures. 

Computer labs are also available in MET Centre for Insurance Training, Research and Development and these facilities art well endowed with current software’s and peripheral equipments. For the well stocked brain, the library fitted with computers is adequately stocked with books and magazines, and newspapers belonging to different fields. Students can relax in the air conditioned recreation area which has pool tables, table games, carom boards etc, all these within the complex. There is also a yoga room for people’s mental and physical health; a contemporary playground for children is also available outside. 

The MET Centre for Insurance Training, Research and Development offers a focused curriculum with one primary course. The PGP EMBA Insurance programme. It is a full-time programme, duly designed as a two-year postgraduate course to produce polished insurance professionals with the overall know-how.
