Candidates from Maharashtra and outside Maharashtra who meet the educational qualifications are eligible for Institute Level Quota seats.
Eligibility Criteria for Maharashtra State Candidates
- The aspirant should be an Indian National
- Should have passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical Vocational subjects.
- Should have obtained at least 45% marks (at least 40% marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) in the above subjects taken together.
- Furthermore, the candidate should have appeared in all the subjects in CET and should obtain non-zero scores in CET conducted by the Competent Authority.
OR
- Should have passed Diploma in Engineering and Technology by obtaining at least 45% marks (at least 40 % marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only).
- Obtained score in MHT CET 2024.
- Obtained score in JEE(Main) Paper I or MHT-CET 2024
OR
- Should have passed three years D. Voc. stream in the same or allied sector.
Eligibility Criteria for Jammu & Kashmir Migrant Candidates / All India Candidates (AI)
- The aspirant should be an Indian National
- Should have passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical Vocational subjects.
- Should have obtained at least 45% marks (at least 40% marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) in the above subjects taken together.
- Furthermore, the candidate should have appeared in all the subjects in CET and should obtain non-zero scores in CET conducted by the Competent Authority.
OR
- Should have passed Diploma in Engineering and Technology by obtaining at least 45% marks (at least 40 % marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only).
Eligibility Criteria for Children of NRI/OCI/PIO, Children of Indian workers in Gulf Countries (CIWGC), Foreign National (FN) Candidates
- Should have passed the HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical Vocational subjects.
- The candidates should have obtained at least 45% marks in the above subjects taken together.
Eligibility Criteria for Lateral Entry:
- The candidate must be an Indian National.
- Passed a minimum three-year or two-year (Lateral Entry) Diploma Course in Engineering and Technology with at least 45% marks (40% for Backward Class categories, EWS, and Persons with Disability from Maharashtra State) from an AICTE or government-approved institution.
OR
- Passed B.Sc. Degree from a UGC-recognized university with at least 45% marks (40% for Backward Class categories, EWS, and Persons with Disability from Maharashtra State) and passed HSC or equivalent examination with Mathematics as a subject.
