60 MonthsBachelor of Legislative Law (LLB) Integrated is a five-year full-time Integrated program in Law offered by Shivaji University, Kolhapur.
Eligibility Criteria
- A student passing the Higher Secondary Certificate (10+2) Examination or any other examination (with at least 45% Marks) recognised as equivalent to that of the H.S.C. examination by Shivaji University is eligible for admission to the First year of this Course.
- A relaxation of 5% marks in the qualifying examination is provided in favour of SC/ST category students.
- For OBC category and others minimum 42% marks are essential. Additionally students desirous of seaking admission for 1st year of five year law course and 1st year of three year law course must appear for law CET examination conducted by State CET Cell.
- In connection with the same, students should visit the website wwwmahacet.org from the month of January.
- Minimum qualification for appearing for law CET examination is securing 45% marks for students of open category, 40% marks for students of SC and ST category and 42% marks for students of VJNT, SBC and OBC category.
Admission Details
Admission to the first year of a 5-year law course is only through the CET process administered by Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell, Govt. of Maharashtra.
