The college provides has Separate Hostels are available for Boys. The boys’ hostel can accommodate about 60 students. The seats are allocated on the basis of necessity. The hostel mess is managed by a contractor. The monthly mess bill works out to about Rs 3,000/. The Institute provides medical facilities to the students and residents on the campus by employing a resident doctor in the campus who is assisted by a trained nurse from time to time. Common medicines are provided free of cost. The Govt. Primary Health Centre is located just 500 meters away from the NIELIT campus at Akampat. In case of emergency, the institute arranges hospitalization of the patient and informs his guardian /parents. Two more hostels for SC/ST boys capacity 100 students each are being constructed with funding from North Eastern Council.

This library has more than 13,830 volumes of books on Electronics, Computers, and allied fields. The library is automated by using KOHA library software. An uninterrupted Internet facility is available in the library for the students. The Library has access to DELNET (Developing Library Network) which is the networked Library of All Technical Institutions of India so that all technical Journals including IEEE’s journals can be accessed besides 16 nos. periodicals are being subscribed to. The college has Well-furnished Library with computerized library management systems. Various books on Electronics, Computers, and allied fields are available. The library is automated by using KOHA library software. Internet facility is also available.

The college has designed and Fabrication of PCBs that are done in this Lab. CAD software is used for designing complicated PCB layouts. LPKF ProtoMat S62, a CNC-milling machine for fabricating prototype PCB has been installed in this Laboratory for use in making PCB Prototype. This laboratory is equipped with workstation-class Multimedia Computers. The main workstation is Xeon. The processor is interfaced with Avid Express Pro HD with Mojo and other encoding & decoding devices. The main software used is Adobe CS 6, Maya, 3D Studio Max, Sound Forge, Combustion, etc.

The college has Three (3) Computer Labs which have a total of 70 branded computers. All the labs are well furnished and equipped with a Projection System, Whiteboard, and furniture. The computers are connected to LAN through a server and they are regularly upgraded to the latest software.

The college has a canteen facility for staff and students.

The college has guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members.

The college has sports facilities for all students.
