The NITTTR Bhopal is one of the sixteen National Institutes of Technical Teacher’s Training and Research established in the year 1965, situated in the capital of Madhya Pradesh. NITTR Bhopal is this premier institution in technical education located in the campus of 36 acres of Shamla Hills Bhopal and offers education right from the post graduate level since the last five and half decade. This affiliated college recognised by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has an option of postgraduate courses aimed at developing technical professionals’ skills and leadership. NITTR Bhopal has 42 committed staff members of the faculty, rendering a good academic atmosphere and encouraging innovations. It provides 18 full time courses.

NITTR Bhopal provides a rich list of infrastructural facilities that help in favouring the learning process of students. The institute has a vast collection of knowledge at the library where student can go through a number of e-journals which is under INDEST-AICTE Consortia and E-Shodh Sindhu. NPTEL material available in the library is also useful for the students to establish efficient technological learning. The campus comprises of well endowed laboratories such as Web Engineering Lab, Image Processing Lab, and Research & Development Lab etc. 

NITTR Bhopal has five M.Tech/M.E. courses and one full-time postgraduate programme, namely MBA. 

The admission process of NITTR Bhopal aimed at enrolling the best candidates to postgraduate courses of the university. M.Tech and M.E: The admission will be based on the qualifying examination where pass percentage should be a minimum of 55 %. These specialised technology courses require admission through the GATE score, which enrol the best of the cream of the candidates in the country.
