B.Sc Nursing at Nightingale Nursing Institute, Ludhiana Offline Course

• The Candidate must have completed the age of 17 years, on or before 31st December of the year in which admission is sought.
• A candidate should have passed the subjects of physics, chemistry, biology(PCB), and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 45% marks taken together in PCB at the qualifying examination (10+2).
• The candidate is also eligible for State Open School, recognized by the state government, and the National Institute of Open School (NIOC) recognized by the Central Government as having science subjects and English only.
• English is a compulsory subject in 10+2.
• The candidate shall be medically fit. However, color-blind candidates should be considered for admission to Nursing courses, subject to the condition that color-corrective contact lenses and spectacles are worn by such candidates.
• The candidate shall be admitted once a year.

For foreign nationals

• The entry qualification equivalency, i.e., 12th standar,d will be obtained by the Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi. Institution, the State Nursing Council will be responsible for ensuring that the qualification and eligibility will be equivalent to what has been prescribed above.
