The placement committee at Oriental College of Pharmacy conducts the placement drive every year. The cell makes efforts to facilitate a seamless placement drive for its students. The final-year students of the institute participate in the OCP Navi Mumbai placement-related activities organised by the placement committee of the college. The OCP Navi Mumbai placements are offered for all levels of deserving candidates.

The OCP Navi Mumbai placement cell establishes affiliations with renowned companies and organisations and conducts group discussions (GD), mock interviews, and guest lectures to equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge for successful placement. According to the regulations set forth by the University of Mumbai, students are required to participate in a one-month in-plant training programme at various pharmaceutical organisations. For its placement drive, the cell invites top-notch companies like Abbott, Nestle Nutrition, Wipro, Accenture, and many others.

The campus placements is not good not bad. The college doesn't care who gets placed i think. Yes the campus placements rounds occur but few students are selected worth the offer. The package they provide is average and nothing great in comparison to others.
