Papni School of Architecture is an architectural institute located in Kancheepuram, Tamil Nadu, which came into existence in 2018. This affiliated college is in Keeranallur village of Sriperumbudhur Taluk of Kancheepuram District, Tamil Nadu; it functions under the supervision of the Council of Architecture. The institute is situated on a small area of 3 acres, making it a congenial atmosphere for the students from the field of architecture. Having a limited number of faculty members at 16, the Papni School of Architecture is tuned to provide specific education in the field of architecture.

The institute enjoys various installations that are aimed at improving the student learning environment. The campus provided the students separate hostel facilities for boys and girls so that outstation students could easily make their stay. Effective teaching aids by providing books to support learning needs to enhance tutoring methods and research. In order to make a balanced curriculum, there are sports facilities for students who are more in touch with the body needs for exercises. The college also has given remarkable importance to the technological aspect, with the best IT facilities and Wi-Fi facilities on the entire campus, to make the students capable of facing the challenges of the advanced world of architecture. Papni School of Architecture today only has a single core course in its portfolio, and that is the B.Arch. It is a wholly proprietorship, five-year full-time degree course, which is the foundation course of the institute. The B.Arch course with a sanctioned intake of 40 seats allows for an exclusive batch environment for each set of learners. This limited intake facilitates due attention and practical exercises in architectural studies as opposed to a large class group.

The current admission policy of Papni School of Architecture is merit-based and has a defined process plan. Any aspiring candidate must have passed a 10+2 examination with mathematics as one of the subjects and must have an aggregate of at least 50% marks. Candidates possessing 10 + 3 diplomas (in any field) recognised by central or state governments and having 50% of the aggregate marks may also apply. Another important part of procedures is the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA), organised by the Council of Architecture New Delhi. It goes without saying that all applicants have to pass this test of aptitude for architectural studies.
