Parmanand Trilokchand T T College is an affiliated college which is in Sujangarh, Rajasthan, and was founded in the year 2008. This co-educational college is recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) for offering various teacher training programmes. It holds that a wide range of facilities is available to enrich the learning environment of the college students. A standard library contains books that are essential for the completion of academic tasks. 

The institution has departmental laboratories within the institution to enable the students to practise what they are taught in their areas of speciality. A good IT support makes sure that the students remain in touch with modern technology. For more balanced development, the college has a sports complex and an auditorium to conduct programmes and seminars. Besides, there exists a health centre equipped with a first aid section to address the medical needs of students.

Parmanand Trilokchand T T College has a single main course, being the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) programme. This course is a two-year full course meant to equip students with the hopes of joining the teaching fraternity upon completion. The college has an approved intake capacity of one hundred students for this programme; this was due to its policy of ensuring an appropriate student-faculty ratio. That is a total of 196 students enrolled in all programmes.

The admission is based on merit in the qualifying examination as well as in the entrance test wherever applicable. The college also complies with any other procedure(s) in the selection process as may be prescribed by the policy on the state government/U.T. administration and the university.
