Not a institute that oriented towards placement. And many is not interested towards placement actually. Though it's decent, not bad for cs department. The other departments didn't participate significantly.

Placement was not so good and the 40 percent student is placed from the college. The median salary for the past 2 years has been dropped to 3.2 LPA the recession can be a reason. scope for the CORE science branches this college is quite less

I understand your concern regarding placement opportunities at RKMRC, Narendrapur but according to previous year’s report
Around 70% to 80% students get placements. The highest salary package is 7 LPA and the average salary package is 4–5 LPA. Also, around 25% of students get an internship.
