Raniganj Institute of Computer and Information Sciences, or simply RICIS, was founded in the year 2001 at Raniganj in West Bengal. This affiliated college has an enrolment of 323 students and a faculty strength of 13, RICIS provides a focussed learning environment. It offers four different courses in varied streams like computer applications, business administration, biotechnology, and hospitality management.

Excellent facilities are available at RICIS that would make a student's life easier. There are separate hostel facilities for boys and girls with well-ventilated rooms and ample space to study and relax. The library in the college, with more than 5,000 management and technical books, many journals and newspapers are also available.
