Samarth College of Education, Sabarkantha, was established in the year 2006 in Himmatnagar, Gujarat. This college is co-educational, affiliated, and approved by NCTE in teacher education. The college campus area is small, covering only 1 acre; it offers two complete full-time courses with an enrollment of 105 students. Just 3 faculty members are housed here.

The admission to D.El.Ed. course also takes place on a merit basis, in accordance with the marks in the qualifying examination and/or an entrance test, as decided by the state government.
