Sandipani Law College has been established in the year 1972 is an affiliated college located in Ujjain (M.P). This BCI approved institution has been molding future legal professionals for more than five decades. Located on a small piece of piece of land measuring 1.5 acres in Kshapank Marg, Dashera Maidan near B.O.I, the college provides the desired ambiance for law students. Currently, Sandipani Law College has a total enrolment of 404 students and faculty strength of 7 teachers which make the institute's academic environment restrictive and student-teacher ratios are very much favourable.

That is why the college serves as an institution dedicated to the delivery of facilities that are central to developing the student’s learning environment . In addition to providing a range of books, journals and other digital sources that are vital to their course, the library acts as an endowment of resources for the students. Those students who want to develop Advocacy skills will find that the college is equipped with Moot Court which enables students to practice as per real courtroom scenario. There are sports facilities for those students who decide to strike a balance between work and play, between studies and sports activities. Also, there is also a health centre that has first aid amenities to guarantee the physical fitness of the college student.

Sandipani Law College offers two comprehensive law programmes: , offers a 3-year LLB course and a 5-year integrated course in BA LLB. Both programmes are designed as full-time, which will help the student gain comprehensive knowledge of a legal system. Total Intake of the LLB programme is 240 and BA LLB total intake capacity is 120 so total numbers of seats are 360.

The college may assess previous academic performance in qualifying examinations and may provide its own end of year test or interview.
