Savitri Devi Mahila Mahavidyalaya is one of the most well-known institutes in Allahabad, which is now known as Prayagraj. Uttar Pradesh-based institution is dedicated to women. The affiliated college was established in 2015. It has succeeded in marking its presence in the arena of this region in a very short period. Its B.Ed course is mainly based on teacher education. The NCTE approved. With a total strength of 906 students being offered admission and a faculty strength of 1, the college offers focused educational training to aspiring educators.

The college, depending upon the directives of the Uttar Pradesh Government and the university, may also follow other modes of selections.
