Ph.D Law | N/A | The candidate must have LL.M. Degree from a recognised GITAM School of Law Visakhapatnam University in any discipline and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognised University. The candidate must have Degree in law and Master’s Degree in Law considered equivalent to M.Phil. Degree of an Indian Institution or from a Foreign Educational Institution accredited as per UGC Regulations. Judge of any State High Court in India with three years’ experience or Judge of Supreme Court of India and Members of Tribunals. |
