School of Law, Presidency University UG courses require students to complete their class 12 examination from a recognised institution with minimum aggregate.
School of Law, Presidency University PG courses entailing LLM programme mandate students to complete their LLB degree from a recognised university. For School of Law, Presidency University doctoral courses students must have completed their M.Phil with a minimum aggregate while students whose viva voce is pending are also eligible.
