SDP College for Women, situated in Ludhiana was setup in 1968 is also one of the reputed educational institutes of Punjab working vehemently towards the cause of women education. This affiliated college is situated in the centre of Ludhiana, Punjab the college occupies a vast area of approximately 8.8 acres of land. The institution has received accreditation from the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) and recognition from the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) hence a commitment to standard. SDP College offers 16 programmed courses in 14 degrees and has 703 students and 46 faculty members.
