Academically. the college maintains a strong reputation, especially in the arts and science streams. the faculty is knowledgeable and approachable and the curriculum follows North-Eastern Hill University (NEHI) guidelines.
College Infra
Shillong college has a well maintained campus set in a scenic environment. Classrooms are clean and equipped with basic teaching aids. The college offers good lab facilities for science students and a fairly well-stocked library.
Campus Life
The college offers a vibrant and culturally rich campus life. Students actively participate in music, debates, sports and festivals. Events like college week and inter-college competitions are popular and encourage student involvement.
Placements
Placements opportunities are modest and more common in the commerce and IT-related courses. While there's no large-scale campus placement drive, the college encourages students to apply for government exams and higher education.
Value For Money
Shillong college offers excellent value for money. the fee structure is quite affordable making it accessible to students from diverse backgrounds. Given the equality of education and the learning environment.

Academics
The college is one of the best colleges in the Shillong city. I did my B.com in this college, and I had an opportunity to learn and develop myself academically and in other curricular activities. The teaching quality is so good, and teachers are friendly and helpful. They help us to learn and develop our career by conducting different events in the college. Yes, the curriculum is updated and makes us ready for the job.
College Infra
Yes, my college has all the infrastructure, clean classrooms, hall, library, equipment and other facilities like sport centers, canteen etc. It also has smartboards and Wi-Fi connections which are solely used for the education purposes and academic needs. Yes, a living spaces of my college is so good and the food is hygienic.
Campus Life
Campus life is good, students can take part in club activities like NSS clubs, literary clubs, NCC and other clubs. Teachers are supportive and guide in every aspect. The weather of the city is as cool.
Placements
As per my knowledge, I don't have any idea about the placement opportunities in the college because we were not given any chances to prepare and appear for any interview or any hiring process. So, I'm neutral in this regard at this point of time.
Value For Money
As for me, what I have learnt is very efficient to whatever the money my parents have invested. Yes I worth for the money we have spend in this college.
