Shivdan Singh Institute of Technology and Management (SSITM) is an affiliated institution, established in 1997, in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh. The institute spreads over an area of 45 acres. SSITM imparts education in engineering, pharmacy, management, and education streams. It also has the approval of AICTE, PCI, and NCTE in order to provide quality education in various disciplines. SSITM accommodates a total student enrolment of 2,440 with faculty strength 192 and hence offers the most productive and favourable ambience to future professionals. 

Shivdan Singh Institute of Technology and Management boasts some impressive range of facilities designed to enhance both academic as well as personal growth. Well-equipped laboratories, all air-conditioned, house modern equipment to train for practical applications as well as research purposes. The library of the institute is attached with the DELNET Library network and provides access to 47 IEEE Electronic Journals and around 1,050 CDs on various subjects. Separate hostel facilities are available for boys and girls at SSITM, which ensures a comfortable stay during their academic journey. A 5-bedded mini hospital is also located in the campus with qualified doctors and nursing staff catering to medical needs. The institute offers courses of all kinds, ranging from 12 B.Tech programmes to 5 specialisations in M.Tech, MBA, MCA, B.Pharma, M.Pharma, BBA, BCA, B.Ed, and lots of Diploma courses, in total 34 courses. Especially, the B.Tech programmes in Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering, and Electrical and Electronics Engineering are very popular in this institute, with varying intake capacities ranging from 60 to 90 seats.

The entrance exam at SSITM is mainly through the entrance examination of Uttar Pradesh Technical University, popularly known as SEE-UPTU. For most courses, 85% of seats are filled through this entrance exam, and the rest 15% are taken by the college management from the merit list as designated by UPTU. The institute accepts several entrance exams, including UPCET for B.Pharma admissions.
