Shri Gulabrao Deokar College of Architecture which is affiliated under RTMNU, Nagpur was started in Jalgaon in the year of 2010. Located on a large land of 10.5acres, this co-educational tertiary institution offers a specific programme in Architectural education. As of now, the strength of the college is 77 and it has faculties of 6 members at present. As part of this affiliation, Shri Gulabrao Deokar College of Architecture has vowed to deliver quality education in architectural field; the college offers only one course programme – Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch).

Some of the facilities in the college aim at complementing educational delivery in achieving the primary objective of producing quality students. The university comprises of two different hostels for boys and girls; the former has accommodation for 100 students while the latter has 180. These hostels are comfortable with good furniture ans internet facilities, to improve living standard of out-station students. The facility of a college library that is also known as the ‘Sea of Knowledge’ is another significant library tool that has enlisted modern library software to facilitate appropriate search of books/sheltered knowledge. Shri Gulabrao Deokar College of Architecture  also has a CD collection in subject areas and language courses. Concerning physical fitness, the students have an opportunity to engage in them under the leadership of a physical director who directs them to the available gymnasium within school compound. College canteen is available to supply Punjabi, Chinese, South Indian, etc., foods at a cheap price. For transportation, the institution owns seven buses that ply different routing within Jalgaon city. 

The Shri Gulabrao Deokar College of Architecture is currently conducting only a single course – the full time Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch). This five year degree programme has a approved annual student intake capacity of twenty students. The course is aimed at imparting to students knowledge, skills and understanding in various areas of architecture, architectural design and practice. 

This college also laid down a principle that follows the philosophy of the adage, “Sound mind in a sound body,” The college has most annexed different sports activities for students. It goes a long way in ensuring that the students are produced fit for the market with good literature skills, teamwork, good leadership skills, and healthy competition amongst themselves when among other competitors in the market of architectural careers.
