Didnt sit for placement i have heard there are few placements in this colelge not sure but i believe they have placements and good ones in commerce and stuff even in ba maybe i didnt sit but i am sure i was job ready

Good campus life with many places nearby also there are many fests going on normally good for college life and campus life all over people enjoy here in this college nice atmosphere with sports amd events all around the yesr

All over my college have all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipments. We get regular classes, all our professors are highly qualified and take each and every classes regularly with proper guidance...all the useful and refered books are available in our college libraries, it have all the equipment which are required in the laboratories, big open group for sports and gatherings..there are both girls and boys hostel.. tasty foods are served at our college canteen... Toilets and washrooms are more over okay all are well maintained.

I'm a doing B.A. course in History under the guidance of my prestigious institution "Siliguri College" to gain a deeper knowledge about the subject History...the quality of teaching by our professors are outstanding.. i personally think yes and no both in the case of my curriculum is updated and includes all the recent developments in the field...yes I think my study makes me job ready but at the same time I think no.

No placements are given by our college.....as Siliguri College is government affiliated college.....this is the one thing that we the students don't like or else every thing is good about my college.

Fans don't work properly, there are no sufficient fans in every classroom, there are no windows hence no movement of fresh air, sometimes it feels suffocating. Washroom are in not good condition but somewhere it can be useded

Teachers are helpful, college is strict when it comes to studies. There are sufficient teachers for every subjects and also extra classes are provided to the students who needs extra classes or are facing issues.

Placement facilities are good. Every year good companies approachs for interviewing and providing jobs. Many of my friends have started their corporate life from campus placements only. Students will get their dream companies if they follow our teachers instructions.

Siliguri College has a good infrastructure with well-equipped classrooms and library facilities. The college also offers hostel facilities for both male and female students with basic amenities. However, the hostel capacity is limited, and the students are advised to apply early to secure a spot.

The courses are taught and explained very well. The teachers are ready to help us anytime during the college Hours. Most of the teachers explain the topic of their subjects in either Bengali or English.

Every year around January, freshers' parties are given by the college seniors. It includes a grand party with music, DJ, etc. Besides these annual fests are also conducted, somewhat around the mid-term. It also includes many fun and sometimes food is also provided.

Good , but lack of resources for placements

The college have all necessary facilities within the campus. The classrooms are well maintained as compared to the college fees. The campus authorities also ensures the cleanliness and hygiene in the college.

The faculty members are highly qualified with PhD or MSc degrees in the subject and carries indepth knowledge. The semester exams occur twice a year and examination fee of about Rs. 1000 is to be paid before for the exam.

Internshala is associated with the college giving a lot of opportunities for all the students of the college helping them to gain practical knowledge. One can find their area of interest to work in and get experience.

Our College is very big, It has a big sports ground where most of the programs are held like Freshers, Farewell. There is also a big library, A roof top canteen. But no washroom facility is provided. There is also a big hall where indoor programs are held.

The Faculty is very much experienced and with great knowledge, but their Teaching style is Pathetic like,they come, give the lecture and go. They don't even care weather the student understand or not. You have to study on your own to get good marks. Practicals are held very less.

I have not heard anybody about getting placement from the college, Neither there is any Placement Cell in the college, But I have seen Posters of different companies in the Notice Board informing about the vacancies.

Our College is a government college and so it has got most of the facilities like Big Library, Spacious Classroom, Canteen with variety of menu, but the main thing it lacks is Washroom facility for both boys and girls.

The teachers are very much helpful and caring. They help us in every aspect, help us in doing projects, Guiding us for future. There teaching technique is awesome, every lesson is taught properly.There are more than 1 teacher for a single subject, so even one teacher gets absent, the class is taken by other teacher.

Very Few gets placement from our College, around 15 - 20% of the students gets Placement. The average salary per month given to student who got placement is around 15000/month. No internship was provided to me and i neither heard anyone doing internship from our class.

The College Building is bit old and Classrooms have not been painted for years. Science Lab is there but some of the equipment is broken. The College library has almost books of all Categories. Functions in our College are the most Eye Catching Event in the city.

The Teachers teach well and make the students understand the Subject very clearly. Some teachers mostly use Bengali which becomes a problem for some students. The teachers help us by guiding for the future.

Our college does not have any placement Cell and neither any Placement is offered by the College. Students easily get a part time job in the City in the Local mall or Showrooms. There is no internship offered by the College.

Our college has two buildings for different streams. There is a big indoor hall for programmes. The worst part is that our college does not have any washroom both for boys and girls. There are separate hostel for Boys and Girls. The hostel food is quite good.

The courses are taught and explained very well. The teachers are ready to help us anytime during the college Hours. Even we can reach to them during non college hours in some emergency. They are very much experienced and guide us in Making our Career.

There is neither any placement cell nor any placement provided by the college. Workshops are held very rarely and Internships are not provided by the college. Most of the students here work in the local malls or Showrooms.
