Siliguri Government Polytechnic, established in the year 1995, is one of the leading technical institutions in Siliguri. This government polytechnic is located at 1 No Dabgram Colony, Rabindra Sarani, Siliguri, West Bengal, on a sprawling 5-acre campus. It has an adamant inclination towards technical education. There are a variety of diploma courses prevalent in this institution. The institute is approved by AICTE and PCI, New Delhi, hence ensuring quality education with curricula relevant to industries. Having a total student enrolment of 893 and a faculty strength of 30, SGP provides a good learning environment for aspiring technicians and engineers.
