Sri Chundi Ranganayakulu Engineering College, firmly rooted in the year 1999, has grown to become one of the most known and highly reputed educational hubs in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. SCREC, spread over an area of 26 acres, has spent over two decades nurturing fresh minds. This college is affiliated to the State University system and presently offers many undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the fields of Engineering and Management. With an enrolment of 638 students.

The institution has very many facilities aimed at enhancing the learning experience and holistic development of its students. The well-stacked library has more than 30,000 books and subscribes to a number of national and international journals, thereby remaining as the knowledge hub within the campus. SCREC currently offers three full-time courses across two degree programs. The undergraduate B.Tech program comprises specializations in Electronics and Communication, and Computer Science and Engineering; both four-year programs. Students having interest in the management domain are also offered a chance to get enrolled for a two-year course in MBA. All these programs are oriented to be comprehensive—coupling theoretical knowledge with practical skills—for application in challenges a professional is bound to face.

Tech programme need to appear for the Andhra Pradesh Engineering Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (AP EAMCET) conducted by the State Government. APICET is the pathway to MBA admissions.
