Sri Sai Institute of Technology and Science Rayachoti is an autonomous college running since 2001. SSITS Rayachoti is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and approved by UGC. Sri Sai Institute of Technology and Science offers 15 courses based on three different degree levels, specialising in engineering and management.
The courses at SSITS Rayachoti include Diploma, BE/BTech, ME/MTech and MBA. Admission processes that are held at the Sri Sai Institute of Technology and Science are very transparent. The institute basically selects students for its Diploma courses on the basis of AP POLYCET exam, B.Tech courses based on the AP EAMCET exam and for the MTech courses, AP PGECET exam scores are considered. For the intake of MBA students, the institution looks at the scores for the Andhra Pradesh Integrated Common Entrance Test (APICET). Sri Sai Institute of Technology and Science is affiliated with Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Anantapur (JNTUA).
Sri Sai Institute of Technology and Science has modern facilities that are used to enhance the overall learning environment. The facilities include a well stocked library, providing access to over 14,000 volumes of books and encyclopedias and several national and international journals. SSITS Rayachoti facilities also include IT infrastructure, sports facilities, hostels for boys and girls built with study rooms, TV rooms, and computer rooms. All students are taken care of by the in-house clinic, by qualified medical staff, for health and welfare. The college canteen is built with a natural setting and can accommodate over one hundred students.
