Bachelor of Technology in Agriculture Engineering is four years (8 Semester) full-time undergraduate engineering program offered by SRM Valliammai Engineering College, Kancheepuram and affiliated to Anna University, Chennai and approved by AICTE.

Eligibility Criteria

Pass in HSC (Academic) or its equivalent with a minimum average percentage in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry, put together as given below.

BC including BCM 40 %
MBC & DNC 40 %
SC / SCA / ST 40 %

• A pass in any one of the HSC (Vocational Subject) as given below with any one of the Engineering related subject namely Mathematics, Physics or Chemistry, with a minimum average percentage put together as given below.

Admission Details

Candidates are selected on the basis of their performance in the HSC (+2) examination conducted by the state and through counselling (TNEA) conducted by Anna univeristy Chennai, selected candidates are allotted to various colleges for admission. Candidates may also appear directly for admission to the College under Management Quota. Admission forms may be obtained from the college office.

The srm college consists of various blocks around the college and the college is an mini city with variety of shops inside the college and there is Library facilities for students with Wi-Fi access to the student

College Infrastructure

College has well-built infrastructure which is a necessity, also provides us with many facilities and exposure which makes your college life memorable. We have updated the equipment in our laboratory. Every department also has its own mini-library. Campus with multi-disciplinary courses is a place you get to know more about the outer-world well. College campus is raging free zone, seniors are friendly in nature.In Hostel we have gym, library, reading hall, sports, and also food is good.
