There are 6 hostels for boys in SB College Changanassery, each having a separate warden. All the necessary facilities are available for the students.

There is only 1 hostel for females with a warden. Strict security and maintenance are kept at the SB College hostel for the safety of students.

The library of SB College has around 13000+ books, 200+ journals and magazines, and 6000 back volumes. It's computerised and modernised with IT-aided learning, online databases, and kiosks for searching. It also supports the Kerala Government's EDUSAT programme.

The College offers diverse sports and game services. SB College sports facilities include two basketball courts, a volleyball court, a football field, an athletics track for training, a handball court, and two shuttle badminton courts situated within the campus.

SB College's infrastructure serves the technical needs of students and staff. The college has a computer network that connects 200 PCs over 1.5 km and uses BSNL and ASIANET for the internet. It has 3 servers and uses Knowledge Pro for automation. The software includes Acado, Nirmal OPAC Plus, and the College Information Management System. Moreover, it uses Linux and Windows Operating Systems. SB College campus has 3 major computer labs, 5 department labs, a language lab, a digital library and an internet café.

SB college canteen offers good food at affordable prices for staff and students. There are different areas for each group. It's open every working day and has a cafeteria with snacks and drinks.

SB College campus has several auditoriums and conference halls for conducting sessions, seminars, guest lectures and other events. There are 6 halls in St Berchmans College namely, Archbishop Kavukattu Hall, Msgr Francis Kalacherry Hall, Antony Padiyara Hall and Mini Theatre, Archbishop Powathil Hall, MBA Seminar Hall and SLT Hall (Physics Department).

The college has a good networking for the alumni association.

SB College has labs with equipment for students. It provides a computer lab for programming work and a language lab which focuses on improving English communication.

Students undergo medical check-ups when starting and finishing their degree. The Medical Officer will record the results and give advice. The Principal will be told about any special cases and the Medical Officer will send a report to the Registrar.
