It has a large collection of books catering to the core subjects of computer science, information technology, electronics and telecommunications, basic sciences and humanities, general management and novels. The WebOPAC - an online catalogue - can be used to search the library's collection. Wi-Fi is available in the Reading Room, and Internet access is available throughout the library.

The institute has a well-maintained IT infrastructure and it manages the networking of the entire campus. The institute also has a number of networked computer labs that can be used for a variety of subjects across all three engineering disciplines.

The institute has a cafeteria that serves hygienically prepared fresh meals for students and staff members. The cafeteria provides good quality food and beverages to the students at a reasonable price. 

St Francis Institute of Technology has an auditorium equipped with audio and video systems, LCD projectors, etc. The auditorium is large and can accommodate a large number of people. The auditorium is used for conferences, meetings, seminars, and other events.

Seminars and lectures are organized with the help of the members of the Alumni Association to guide the students to perform better in the selection process.
