Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) is a full-time three-year undergraduate course offered by Gauhati University, Guwahati.

Eligibility Criteria

(a) A student who has passed the 12th standard or equivalent examination in any stream from a recognized institution.

(b) Admission to the FYUGP will be based on the preference of Major, if any. If a student does not want to opt for any Major, s/he will be admitted based on preferences of the subject combinations.

(c) Admission to a Programme or Major will be subject to the availability of the subject and capacity of a college/department.

(d) No student shall be eligible for admission to a Programme in any discipline under the FYUGP unless s/he fulfills the pre-requisites of courses as fixed by the university.

Admission Details

The Admission will be strictly on merit.

College Infrastructure

The buildings and rooms are very well build, they look so good . Functions and many cultural events are organised very well. The Professors are very friendly and teaches very well. Hostel facilities were also good.

College Infrastructure

It's a big campus with having commerce and arts building build on different places ..also a huge auditorium for indoor sports and functions .with a basket ball court in middle of the college.overall it's a good campus.
