Unique Law College, Ghaziabad, was established in the year 2010 at Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh. This is an affiliated college and it has approval from the Bar Council of India. It is located in a compact campus of 0.72 acres and the specialisations in this college are areas related to legal education. Having an enrolment of 275 students, the faculty strength for this college is 6 members, thus giving less size for the learning environment. At present, Unique Law College provides two courses in the field of law at its campus 3-year LLB course and 5-year integrated LLB course.

The approved intake for the 3-year LLB course is 120, while for the 5-year integrated LLB program, no such approved intake capacity is mentioned.
