University of Science and Technology (USTM) which is located at Ri Bhoi, District – Meghalaya is a constituent college of the University School of Law and Research, Meghalaya. Also set up as a part of USTM, this university focuses on the study and teaching of law. These include three undergraduate programmes: The School offers five undergraduate programmes, namely: LLB (Hons), BA LLB (Hons), and BBA LLB (Hons); one postgraduate programme LLM; and one doctoral programme Ph.D. in Law. Presently the University offers LLB (Hons) and BA LLB (Hons) each having an approved intake capacity of 60, and Ph.D., the intake capacity is 6. Following this notion, the institution has the following courses that cover different aspects of law and inter-disciplinary courses .
