Vasantdada Patil Pratishthan’s Manohar Phalke College of Architecture (VPPMPCOA) in Mumbai was established in the year 2018. Located in Mumbai, this affiliated college is on its way to carving a name for itself in the world of architectural education. Recognised by the Council of Architecture, VPPMPCOA provides students with a core study programme in architecture. The college occupies a 7-acre campus with a little over 64 enrolled students. At present, it has a faculty of 5 dedicated members who ensure that the student-teacher ratio is ideal as it facilitates one-on-one time with the learners. 

VPPMCOA boasts several amenities to create a positive experience for students. The college maintains a fully equipped central library, which is a centre of research and learning in various subjects related to architecture. As for practical use, students have several departmental laboratories that are provided with all necessary tools and technologies. The college also aims at students’ health and happiness, offering athletic facilities and a gym to achieve work-life balance. There is an auditorium on the territory of the university that can be used as a place for different events and meetings, as well as seminars or presentations that create an active learning environment.

As a full-time course, it takes five years for students to complete with sufficient competence in architectural design as well as actual practice. The college has been given a limit on enrolment of 40 students in this programme so as to make the classes intimate and productive.
