One of the pioneering technical institutions in Gujarat, India, is Vedvyas Polytechnic, Himmatnagar, established in 1999. This co-educational institute is situated opposite Sabar Dairy on National Highway-8 in Hajipur, Himmatnagar. It has a huge campus of 16 acres. Approved by AICTE, Vedvyas Polytechnic imparts various diploma programmes in engineering disciplines. With a faculty strength of 33 dedicated professionals and a total student enrolment of 30, the institute provides an environment of focused learning. Five full-time diploma courses with sanctioned intake are available in the mechanical, electrical, computer, civil engineering, and information technology specialisations; each course is spread over a period of three years.
