- Fill the XBS application form.
- Appear and secure a valid score in one of the following entrance exams: XAT/ CAT/ GMAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ ATMA/ NMAT (anyone).
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for the GD-PI-WAT round.
- Final selection will be based on the candidate's academic records, performance in entrance exams, Writing Ability Test (WAT), group discussion, personal interviews, and work experience (if any).
- Selected candidates will then be sent an admission offer letter, that they can accept by paying the admission fee of Rs.30,000, within the stipulated time.

XBS is a very good business school in West Bengal.
College Infrastructure
Xavier Business School has all the necessary infrastructure ,facilities and equipment. Classrooms have smartboards, wifi . Different kind of indoor and outdoor stadium are there in the campus. Library facilities are very good. E-Library is also available. Hostel facilities is outstanding. Living spaces are clean and the foods served are very hygienic and healthy.

The College is equipped with all the modern learning facilities like smart classrooms, Wifi all around the campus, spacious and peaceful library, computer labs with all updated softwares required for management studies. The housekeeping staff always keep the campus clean and it is a plastic free campus. The Canteen also provides good quality food at a reasonable rate and stays open from 7.30am to 9.30pm. To keep the students healthy and fit, the college also has a gymnasium.
