Yashwantrao Chavan College of Science, Karad was established in the year 1958 and is located in Vidyanagar, Karad, Maharashtra. This affiliated college sprawled over 40 acres of land has obtained accreditation from the National Assessment and Accreditation Council, NAAC. It has a total strength of 2,095 students and a faculty strength of 79 members. 

The buildings of the Yashwantrao Chavan College of Science are of high standard and modern.
