AIIMS Madurai: Admission 2026, Cutoff, Courses, Fees, Placements, Ranking

All India Institute of Medical Sciences Madurai admissions are offered only to a MBBS programme. The candidates satisfying the eligibility criteria can apply for the AIIMS Madurai admissions. AIIMS Madurai MBBS admissions are done based on the candidate’s performance in the NEET examination.

AIIMS Madurai MBBS Admissions 2025

The only course offered by the college is MBBS. The duration of AIIMS Madurai MBBS is 5.5 years. Candidates who have qualified 10+2 in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English can apply for the MBBS admissions.

AIIMS Madurai MBBS Admissions Process 2025

• The candidates must satisfy AIIMS Madurai MBBS eligibility criteria for admission to the college. 

• Then the candidates must appear and qualify for the NEET-UG examination conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA). 

• The qualified candidates should then register for the counselling process conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW), Government of India (GoI). 

• Candidates must get their documents verified during the counselling process. 

• Candidates must satisfy the AIIMS Madurai NEET cutoff and seats will be allotted based on the candidate's performance in the NEET-UG examination. 

• Finally, the candidates must pay the  AIIMS Madurai admission fees during the time of reporting to the college. 

AIIMS Madurai NEET Results 2024

The NTA has released the NEET-UG 2024 results along with the NEET final answer key 2024 on June 4, 2024. The AIIMS Madurai NEET Results 2024 can be checked by the students by going to the official website of NTA i.e. neet.nta.ac.in or neet.ntaonline.in. Candidates must fill in the details required to check the NEET results 2024.

Documents Required for AIIMS Madurai Admissions

• Identity proof. 

• Admit Cards of Exam issued by NTA 

• Result/ Rank letter issued by NTA

• Provisional allotment letter generated on-line

• Proof of Date of Birth (Birth Certificate or X Std. Certificate)

• Pass Certificate of the qualifying examination.

• Statement of marks of the qualifying examination. 

• Character and Conduct Certificate from the Head of the Institute last studied. 

• Caste Certificate (in case of SC/ST/OBC)

• Economically Weaker Sections (EWSs) candidates should produce the required Income & Asset Certificate 

• Transfer Certificate from the Head of the Institution last studied. 

• Migration Certificate 

• Medical Certificate from the authorised centres in case of PwBD Candidate. 

Note: The admission process of the college is online and no application in physical mode will be entertained. Also, Failing to provide valid documents or fees will result in the cancellation of the seat.
