24 MonthsThe MTech program in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at IIT Hyderabad is a one-of-its-kind program in India. It is designed to address the significant move towards machine learning methods in the academia and industry.
Eligibility Criteria
A 4-year B.Tech./B.E. degree in any engineering discipline or an MSc/MS/MCA degree in CS/IT/Maths, and have an excellent academic record. Candidates having professional qualifications recognized by AICTE, like AMIE, are also eligible to apply.
- The candidate should have a valid GATE score in CS, EC or IT
- Students having GATE score in CS/IT will be awarded MTech degree from the Dept. of CS, and those with GATE score in EC will be awarded MTech degree from the Dept. of EE.
Admission Details
Admission to the MTech program is based on the GATE score either in the CS or EC papers.

Sufficient number of GPUs with remote access to train deep learning models. Huge ground for playing or exercising. Good gym. Unlimited well maintained fre WiFi in campus and hostels. Clubs, classes and facilities for various sports activities like yoga, table tennis etc. Cleanliness is maintained strictly everywhere including mess. All practical measures are adopted by the institute to make food hygienic, nutritious and economic. Doctor, ambulance and psychologist available.
