About IIT Tirupati
Indian Institute of Technology Tirupati (IIT Tirupati) was established in 2015 by the Ministry of Education, Government of India. IIT Tirupati is the fastest-growing 3rd generation IIT and includes a proposed research park. IIT Tirupati is an autonomous engineering and technology educational institute.
The Institutes of Technology Act, of 1961 declared it the Institute of National Importance. Indian Institute of Technology Tirupati started functioning with the help of IIT Madras. Some of the courses at IIT Tirupati include B.Tech, M.Tech, MA, M.Sc, PhD and many more. IIT Tirupati fee ranges from Rs 54,000 to Rs 8.90 lakhs.

Institute Merit-cum-Means Scholarships, Institute Free Studentship and SC/ST Scholarship are B.Tech programme scholarships. To avail these scholarships, candidates’ annual family income should be up to Rs. 4.5 lakhs. Indian Institute of Technology Tirupati scholarships for M.Sc. programmes are Merit Scholarship, Free Studentship and 50% Free Studentship. These scholarships are provided on the basis of the performance of candidates in every semester, except 50% free studentship, where in addition to the performance of the candidates annual family income is also considered. The campus of IIT Tirupati is relatively new but serene, surrounded by lush greenery. The infrastructure includes well-maintained classrooms, labs, and libraries. While it’s not extravagant, it provides a conducive environment for learning.
