The Under Graduate and Post Graduate programs of the College are residential in nature, and hence hostel facility is provided for bonafide students unless they are exempted on the ground that they are residing with their parents or guardians. The boys are accommodated in Pamba Men’s Hostel. The hostels have spacious and comfortable rooms with extra guestrooms to accommodate guests. There are clean mess halls in which more than 100 people can dine at a time. Television sets have been provided with cable connections. The hostels enjoy round-the-clock telephone and security facilities also.

The University Central Library was established in 1995 as per the provisions of the Kerala Agricultural University Act of 1971. Kerala Agricultural University Library and Information System (KALLIS) consists of University Central Library and seven college libraries and research stations spread all over Kerala and were formally inaugurated by the then Honourable Minister for Agriculture Sri. Krishnan Kaniyamparambil on 24th of December, 1998. To organize in-service training for library and information professionals. To provide advisory and consultancy services.

The University has a departmental-based laboratories facility for the students.
