MGM Institute of Health Sciences, Navi Mumbai has a separate department for training and placement purposes. Most of MGMIHS Navi Mumbai’s graduates and postgraduates find employment on their own quickly because all of the school's academic programmes are professional in nature. Hence, the role of campus interviews and placement through placement firms is severely constrained.

In order to match MGM Institute of Health Sciences, Navi Mumbai graduates' professional skills with that of the industry and services, the MGMIHS Navi Mumbai Placements Cell worked to fulfill specific roles. MGM Institute of Health Sciences, Navi Mumbai placement cell provides various placement drives and also conducts training programmes for the students. As per the MGM Institute of Health Sciences, Navi Mumbai NIRF 2024, more than 100 UG (3-year) students were placed with an average salary of Rs 6.00 lakhs, Nearly 148 UG (4-year) students were placed with an average salary of Rs 7.00 lakhs, 245 UG (5-year) students were placed by MGMUHS Navi Mumbai placement cell with median salary of Rs 1.20 lakhs and 163 PG 3-year students has been placed with average salary of Rs 2.40 lakhs.

Placements

I got the job after my graduation immediately must be because of the quality of teaching the college provides. I have witness people have join the college and hospital after pursuing their degrees for the exposure of patients and clinical knowledge. Not everyone is satisfied with the pay but I think that's understandable as the time we live in.
