Founded in compliance with the National Law School of India Act (Karnataka Act 22 of 1986), National Law School of India University Bangalore was established in 1986. NLSIU Bangalore offers courses including BA LLB (Hons), LLB, LLM, Master of Public Policy (MPP) and Ph.D.
For admission to NLSIU, candidates must meet the eligibility criteria and appear for the entrance examination. Admissions to NLSIU Bangalore programmes are through CLAT scores. 25% of seats are reserved for Karnataka students, candidates applying under the Karnataka students category are required to submit study certificates issued by recognised and affiliated schools with at least 10 years of schooling in Karnataka.
The list of selected candidates for NLSIU Bangalore will be declared on the basis of CLAT score and selected candidates are required to complete the admission formalities.
The selected candidates are required to fill out and submit the admission form along with the necessary supporting documents.
The selected candidates are required to appear for the interview with Academic administrative staff.
