Panjab University Admission Process
Panjab University (PU) Chandigarh offers admission to undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programmes. PU Chandigarh admission is provisional and is confirmed after the final results. PU Chandigarh admission to UG courses is done through the PUCET UG exam and the PUCET PG exam is necessary for PG admissions. Some departments of the PU Chandigarh admissions are offered based on erit basis.
PU Chandigarh admission to MBA courses require students to appear in the PUMET/CAT exams. Panjab University Chandigarh also offers admission based on scores in NEET/NEET MSS/JEE Main and GATE exams to medical and engineering courses. Candidates interested in admission to the university must fulfill the PU Chandigarh eligibility criteria.
How to fill Panjab University Applciation Proess 2024
Go to Panjab University's official website and select 'Online Registration' from the drop-down menu.
Fill out the PU form form and click the 'Register' button.
Use the registered login ID and password to log in.
Fill out the PU Chandigarh admission form with all of the required information.
Upload the required documents in the dimensions specified.
Pay the PU Chandigarh application fee online using a credit card, debit card, or net banking account.
Print the Panjab University admissions form and save it until the admissions process is over.

Panjab University Admit Card 2024
The Panjab University will issue the Panjab University 2024 admit card for UG programmes on May 8, 2024 and for PG programmes, in June 2024 in online mode. Candidates will have the option of selecting their preferred Panjab University admit card based on their preferences. Applicants who submitted their application form can download the Panjab University admit card 2024 by visiting the university's official website.
The admit card contains information such as the candidate's name, category, course name and code, exam date and time, and the name and address of the exam site on the Panjab University 2024 admission card. Candidates must ensure that they have their Panjab University 2024 admit card with them when they go to the test centre. Failure to do so will result in the candidate's admission being revoked.

The university offers a total of 880 courses at the UG level. Departments offer centralised as well as individual admission to the courses. Students must fulfill the eligibility criteria and check the PUCHD seat intake for UG courses.

Candidates interested in UG admissions must fulfill the eligibility criteria.
Students are required to qualify the PUCET exam conducted by the university and have a valid score in the previous qualification.
Candidates must check the seat availability of the respective departments.
Candidates are required to pay the admission fee and submit all required documents.
Provisional admission is given to students and is confirmed after the final results.

College Infra
Panjab University's infrastructure is a blend of historic and the modern. The campus is spacious with well maintained green spaces ,up to date lecture halls ,and plenty of amenities for students. It really does a solid job of balancing tradition with contemporary needs.
Campus Life
Panjab University definitely earns that 5 star rating .the campus is gorgeous, with plenty of green spaces and well kept parks . Plus road are in great condition, making it a smooth and scenic place to study and hang out
Placements
I'm giving panjab University a strong four out five stars . The campus placements here is solid , and the University has a good track record of connecting students with reputable employers. You will find a range of salaries depending on the field, but generally the you packages are quite competitive. University is also pretty supportive when it comes to guiding you through the placements process
Value For Money
Honestly the course fees are super reasonable, especially for a government university, my first semester was only about 5 - 6 k and for the whole year it came to roughly 12 13 thousand, so it's definitely worth it

Academically, PU has a solid reputation. The teachers are experienced and helpful, and most of them go out of their way if you show interest.
Syllabus is updated time to time according to the education policy.
College Infra
Panjab University, Chandigarh is honestly one of the most beautiful and lively campuses you’ll come across. Academic blocks are beautifully maintained and modern. Lecture halls are big and equipped with good audio systems.
Placements
When it comes to placements, it’s a mixed bag. For courses like MBA, Engineering, and Management, placements are excellent. Top companies like Amazon, Microsoft, and Deloitte visit the campus.and those who don't placed go for off campus placement.

Academics
The academic here is decent. The faculty is friendly and open to changes and questions. It is not much rigour but the curriculum is updated day to day with the surrounding changes like NEP and others.
College Infra
University campus is huge and has a lot of space for people to roam and play along with the facilities like library and labs. The classroom are also updated and digitally equipped with WIFI facility.
Placements
The placement scenario is not very good. You have to work very hard, run from places to places to get yourself placed that too at a very low and average package. The placement is average with no big companies.
