36 MonthsBachelor of Science in Mathematics is three years (6 Semester) full-time undergraduate Honors program in Science stream offered by Quantum University, Roorkee.
Mathematics not only the language of science but is indispensably linked to our day-to-day life. From the homely budget to the launching of space shuttles mathematics provides the tools for structure of and ground shaping our worldview. It is ubiquitously present in other branches of learning- helpful in generating 3D graphics, predicting stock markets, modeling physical theories, design, architecture and numerous other applications. Mathematics comes in varying flavors of Pure Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Mathematical Physics, Statistics and Mathematical Finance.
The B.Sc (Hons) Mathematics course is designed to develop understanding in fundamental mathematics. This degree also develops applied approach where the mathematical theory is used in real world scenario. Students fascinated by numbers, patterns, and data interpretation are suitable candidates for B.Sc. Mathematics program.
Eligibility Criteria
10+2 or equivalent with PCM & minimum 50% marks in PCM
Admission Details
Admissions to any of the programs at Quantum is based on merit. As the first step, the student needs to register with the college and deposit a registration fee of Rs. 1000/- along with the duly filled registration form. Registered students are then invited for admission to various programs on the basis of their merit.

College Infrastructure
It's actually very impressive in infrastructure terms at Quantum .College has proper Wi-Fi connectivity between departments, sleek labs particularly for Physics and Chemistry students a quiet library with all the standard reference books, a clean campus, and medical assistance available round the clock within the campus.
Not recommending for B.Sc from here.

College Infrastructure
The campus is good, but places like the science department require improved labs and equipment. The canteen is okay, and the food is reasonable too. There is Wi-Fi at the library, which is good, and the computer labs are sufficient for general purposes. Otherwise, the campus is okay for general college life.
