Eligibility Criteria
A pass in Higher Secondary Examination conducted by the State / Central Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with 65% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM).
Admission Details
- Applications are processed in the order of merit, based on the aggregate of marks (rounded to 2 decimal points) secured in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in the +2 / Higher Secondary Examination.
- In case the aggregate is same, the order of merit will be decided based on the best scores in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry sequentially, also based on total obtained scores in all subjects and in case of tie, the age i.e. older applicants are given priority.
- After declaration of results applicants can give their campus and program preferences on To be Announced (i.e., applicants can give “n” number of choices)

College Infrastructure
As a student at VIT Vellore, I was particularly impressed with the campus facilities. The classrooms are equipped with the latest technology, making learning interactive and engaging. The laboratories are well-stocked with modern equipment, which is essential for practical learning. The library is a great resource for students, offering a quiet space for study and a wide range of books and digital resources. The sports facilities are excellent, providing ample opportunities for physical activities and sports. The hostels are well-maintained, with regular cleaning and a variety of food options in the mess that cater to different dietary preferences.
