Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Dairy Technology is a four-year full-time Undergraduate course offered by West Bengal University of Animal and Fishery Sciences, Kolkata


Eligibility Criteria

  • Citizenship: The Applicant must be a citizen of India.
  • Age- Not less than 17 years as on 31st December in the year of application.
  • The candidate must be a domicile of West Bengal
  • The candidate must pass Higher Secondary ( 10+2) Examination of the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination in science stream from any recognized Board/ Council from any institution within West Bengal.
  • The candidate must pass the Higher Secondary (10+2) or its equivalent examinations with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English as compulsory subjects with individual pass marks (in both theory and practical wherever applicable) in all the above four subjects in regular class mode.
  • The candidate must obtain at least 50 % marks (40 % in case of candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC-A, OBC-B, PwD) in above four subjects taken together.

Admission Details

  • The candidates must qualify in the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination for Engineering/ Technology (WBJEE) conducted by WBJEEB.
